Hello, my name is Bianca and I'm a cosmetologist and owner of Bianca Del Rae Salon & Spa. I chose to work I this industry not because I love beauty (although I do!) I chose it because I love people. For me, this has never been just about hair. It's about the individuals who sit in my chair and how I can bolster their confidence and support their journey in becoming the best version of themselves.

I specialize in natural-looking, dimensional color, lived in blondes and healthy transformation s that grow out beautifully. My approach enhances your existing beauty, instead of creating something high maintenance or unrealistic for your lifestyle. I want you to leave my chair feeling polished, comfortable, and still like you.

My chair is a judgement-free space, and I invite you to come as your are, in whatever capacity you are able. Some appointments are fun of conversation and laughter while others are a quiet and relaxing reset. All of it is welcome here. I can't wait to meet you.

I prioritize honesty, education, and realistic maintenance so clients understand their hair and feel empowered to care for it at home. I want every guest to leave not only loving their hair, but also feeling more confident in themselves.

I'm always continuing my education, refining techniques, and evolving with the industry so I can give my clients modern results while protecting the integrity of their hair.
